Completion Alert

Another completion for us to be proud of, quite a challenging case re-bridging a commercial property in Cornwall where the borrower had a poor A&L. But we persevered with the exceptional help of the broker to see it through and availed of PG protection to cover off exposure issues.

We are warming up to PG Protection across the board to assist clients in capturing outstanding opportunities despite a weaker A&L - afterall it gives them the opportunity to vastly improve their balancesheet as a result of the purchase.

We have 4 more completions scheduled this week, with one hopefully due to take place today so it's a busy month. Glad to see our new product suite is being embraced by the market.
